I've found through my own healing and my work with adult clients that we all have a thread that leads us back to our true selves. Often these threads have endured a lot - knots, unravelings, tangling with others - yet they remain adaptive through all the twists and turns. The beauty of the thread is that it's always been there.

 

The thread is you, your essence, and it connects you to all the moments that have shaped you. Whether it’s a feeling in your body, a moment of flow during a creative process or a relationship where you can be truly authentic, it’s clear when you are connected. Your thread is continuous linking your past, present and future.
